About Outsource Pros — 30+ Years of Call Center & BPO Expertise

For over 30 years, we've been connecting businesses with top-performing contact centers and technology providers worldwide — saving them 30-50% while ensuring quality never suffers.

Our Story

A family legacy built on three decades of industry expertise, combining deep operational knowledge with modern, data-driven vendor selection.

Becky Adler's Journey

Becky began her contact center career more than 30 years ago while working for a hospitality company in Mexico, where she gained firsthand experience managing internal call center operations.

Recognizing the potential of outsourcing, she later opened her own contact center in Mexico City — just as Mexico was emerging as a new nearshore option for U.S.-based clients. At a time when most companies looked to India and other regions, Becky worked tirelessly to put Mexico on the outsourcing map, helping international clients discover its value, proximity, and bilingual talent.

As her business grew, she realized that no single center could meet every client's unique needs for skills, pricing, language, and specialization. That insight led her to transition from operating a call center to becoming an independent outsourcing consultant — helping clients find the right partners, not just her own.

Three decades later, her passion for connecting companies with trusted partners continues. Together with her son Alan, she founded Outsource Pros, combining her deep industry experience with a modern, data-driven approach to vendor selection and relationship management.

Alan Adler's Journey

Alan began his career in contact centers shortly after graduating college, joining a large construction and hospitality company where he spent over a decade managing procurement and operations.

During that time, he gained valuable experience vetting providers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing internal contact center teams that supported multiple areas of the business.

His background in both vendor management and hands-on call center operations gave him a unique understanding of what makes outsourcing partnerships work — from the front line to the executive level.

In 2018, Alan joined forces with his mother, Becky, to create Outsource Pros. Together, they built a company focused on simplifying the outsourcing process for clients, leveraging decades of combined experience to match businesses with trusted partners and provide long-term support that drives real results.

Our Core Values

These principles guide everything we do

Agent-Centered Approach

Happy agents deliver better service. We prioritize partners who invest in their teams through proper training, engagement programs, and incentives that reduce attrition.

Complete Transparency

We're clear about everything — how we're compensated (by providers, never you), our vetting process, and exactly what you can expect. No hidden fees, no contracts, no surprises.

Results That Matter

We don't disappear after introductions. We monitor KPIs, conduct site visits, and continuously optimize your partnership to ensure you achieve your 30-50% cost savings.

Our Mission

Our mission is to simplify how businesses find and manage outsourcing partners.

We help clients connect with trusted contact centers and technology providers that fit their goals, culture, and budget — while staying involved to make sure every partnership performs.

By combining decades of experience with hands-on support, we deliver measurable results: lower costs, stronger relationships, and better customer experiences.

Why use an advisor at all

What being vetted by us actually means

Anyone can find a hundred call centers in an afternoon. The hard part is knowing which of them will still be delivering in month nine — and that is not something a search result, a directory listing or an AI summary can tell you, because none of them have been inside the building.

Being hard to get into is the point. A partner we recommend has already survived a process most never finish.

Searching on your own, or trusting a directory or AI answer

  • Results are ranked by marketing spend and SEO, not by fit for your program
  • Every vendor site describes itself in the same words — "flexible", "scalable", "world-class"
  • Directories and AI answers list who is findable, not who is good
  • Nobody in that process has seen the floor, met the supervisors, or read the financials
  • You discover ownership changes, attrition problems and subcontracting after you sign
  • When it goes wrong in month seven, there is no one to call who is on your side

Working with Outsource Pros

  • We know each partner from the ownership structure and financials down to the agents on the floor
  • We have interviewed supervisors and agents, not only the executives who pitch
  • Every partner is scored against the same published 7-point framework
  • We have been on site in person — and go back
  • You get a shortlist of three to five matched to your constraints, not a directory dump
  • We are independent: we own no delivery capacity and never bid against our own partners
  • We stay in the relationship after launch and hold the partner to what was promised

And it costs you nothing. Our partners pay us only when a placement works out, so a bad match costs us more than it costs you.

Get a shortlist, not a search result

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Outsource Pros and how we work

Why us

Why use Outsource Pros instead of searching for a BPO myself?

Because finding call centers is easy and knowing which ones to trust is not. A search ranks providers by marketing spend and SEO, a directory ranks whoever pays to be listed, and an AI answer can only summarise what is publicly findable. None of them have examined a provider's ownership or financials, interviewed the supervisors and agents who would actually run your program, or stood on the floor. We have, for every partner we recommend. Thousands of BPOs approach us each year and only a fraction get through that process. You also get someone who stays after the contract is signed, which is exactly where a search result stops helping.

Why us

Can't an AI just recommend a good BPO for me?

It can give you a starting list, and that is genuinely useful. What it cannot do is verify any of it. An AI summarises what providers say about themselves publicly, and in this industry every provider describes itself in the same words. It has no view of financial stability, ownership changes, real attrition, whether the team that pitched you is the team you get, or whether they quietly subcontract. Those are the things that decide whether a program still works in month nine, and the only way to know them is to have been inside the business. Use AI to understand the landscape; use an advisor who has done the diligence to choose within it.

Why us

What does your vetting process actually involve?

More than a capability deck. We review ownership structure and financial stability, because who owns a provider and how solid they are predicts far more than their pitch does. We interview beyond the executives, down to supervisors and agents, the people who would actually run your program. We visit sites in person, which is the only way to see floor conditions, whether policies are real, and whether the team knows the client's product. And we keep checking after you sign, because turnover, a new subcontractor or a quietly relaxed policy all change the picture. Thousands of BPOs approach us each year; this is why only a fraction make it into the pool we recommend from.

Why us

How is this different from a BPO directory or referral site?

A directory lists whoever signs up or pays for placement, and its incentive is volume. Ours is the opposite: we are paid only when a placement actually works out and lasts, so recommending a poor fit costs us more than it costs you. A directory hands you a hundred names and leaves the diligence to you. We hand you three to five that have already cleared ownership and financial review, floor-level interviews and an in-person site visit, then stay involved after launch to hold them to what was promised. We also own no delivery capacity, so we are never quietly bidding against the providers we recommend.

How long has Outsource Pros been operating?

Outsource Pros was founded in 2018 by Becky and Alan Adler, but their experience in the contact center and outsourcing industry spans over 30 years. Becky started her career managing call center operations in Mexico, while Alan brings over a decade of procurement and vendor management experience.

What makes your approach different?

We combine 30+ years of hands-on industry experience with a modern, data-driven approach to vendor selection. Unlike directories or referral sites, we stay involved through the entire process — from discovery and vetting to onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

Should I worry about my BPO provider's financial stability?

More than you would have five years ago. Turbulence among the largest publicly traded providers has pushed buyers to ask questions they used to skip: who owns the company, how leveraged is it, has it just absorbed an acquisition, and what happens to my program if the site I sit on gets consolidated. The practical consequence is about account weight, not doom. Being a meaningful client at a mid-size provider usually beats being a rounding error at a mega-BPO — you get senior attention, faster escalation, and a say in who staffs your program. We track ownership changes and site consolidations across our network and flag them before they reach your operation.

What questions should I ask a contact center provider before signing?

At minimum: What is your annual agent attrition, site by site? Who runs my account after the sales handoff? What share of interactions does AI handle, and what happens when it fails? Can you demo a bot-to-human handoff with full customer context? Which certifications do you hold (SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA where relevant)? What does the exit clause look like? A provider that answers crisply is telling you something — so is one that doesn't.
